Lite and Full Profit Lab Roadmaps™
AI-generated and advisor-refined recommendations
Benchmarking and insights

We reserve the right to update or modify any part of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years old
Authorized to provide business information
Using the service for professional or business purposes

4. AI & Machine Learning Terms

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Profit Lab Score™ uses AI and machine-learning models to analyze your data and generate recommendations.
Outputs may involve probabilistic or pattern-based interpretations and may not always be correct.
AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be evaluated by you before implementation.
You grant us the right to use your data (in anonymized form) to improve model accuracy and platform performance.
No personally identifiable information is shared with public AI systems.

5. No Professional Advice (Legal Disclaimer)

Profit Lab Score™ provides general business insights and recommendations, not professional advice. Nothing on our platform constitutes:

Legal advice
Financial advice
Accounting advice
Tax advice
Investment advice
Human resources or employment advice

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on your Score, Index, or Roadmap.
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, profit increases, or performance improvements.

6. Fees, Payments, Refunds

Free Score is provided at no cost.
Lite and Full Roadmaps are one-time purchases.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at our discretion unless required by law.
Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full credit card data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content — including scoring frameworks, roadmaps, questions, algorithms, and branding — is the exclusive property of Profit Lab Score™.

You receive a limited license to use deliverables internally.
You may not redistribute, license, or resell any materials.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

Misuse the platform or attempt to manipulate scoring
Copy or reverse-engineer proprietary logic
Provide false or misleading business information
Republish Roadmap content externally without permission

9. Advisor Interactions (Full Roadmap Only)

Full Roadmap clients acknowledge that:

Advisors provide general guidance, not professional or regulated advice.
Advisors rely on the information you provide.
Advisors may not detect all risks or business issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product.
You use the platform at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Profit Lab Score™ and its affiliates against claims arising from:

Your misuse of the platform
Your breach of these Terms
Your implementation of recommendations

12. Governing Law

By default, these Terms are governed by:

Ontario, Canada law for Canadian users
